At Royal Crown Ministries, we believe that God has called us to something greater than individual ministry. He has called us to walk together as one Body in Christ, united in faith, love, and purpose.
Our leadership team includes individuals with different gifts, experiences, and callings, yet we share one common desire: to glorify Jesus Christ through faithful service. We recognize that the vision belongs to God, and each of us has been entrusted with a responsibility to help fulfill His purpose.
We are not simply a group of leaders carrying out organizational duties. We are brothers and sisters in Christ, serving alongside churches, ministries, families, and communities. We believe that when believers come together in unity, honor one another's gifts, and work with humility, we strengthen the Body of Christ and create opportunities for others to discover their God-given purpose.
Our desire is not to build recognition for ourselves, but to encourage others to join what God is doing. Whether through prayer, worship, teaching, evangelism, hospitality, outreach, or acts of compassion, every willing heart has a place to serve.

Zenaida Batiste
President
President | Ordained Minister & Chaplain | Board Member
Zenaida Batiste is an ordained minister and chaplain who has dedicated her life to serving Christ, equipping believers, and building unity within the Body of Christ. She remains an active member of Iglesia Cristiana Menonita El Buen Pastor in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Héctor M. Lugo Vázquez and Revda. Sandra Jiménez, who have faithfully guided and mentored her throughout her ministry journey.
Her walk with the Lord began when she accepted Christ as her Savior in 1998 at First Hispanic Mennonite Church in Brooklyn, New York. Over the years, God opened opportunities for her to serve in various ministries, including administration, discipleship, women’s ministry, children’s ministry, and community outreach.
In 2017, while living in California, she founded Royal Crown Gift Shop. What began as a small business soon became a ministry field. Within the shop, a dedicated prayer room welcomed members of the community seeking encouragement, prayer, and biblical guidance. The space also hosted journaling groups, leadership gatherings, and fellowship among believers from various churches, planting the seeds for what God would later expand into a broader ministry calling.
After relocating to North Carolina in 2019, Zenaida and her husband opened their home to the community, hosting small-group gatherings focused on worship, prayer, discipleship, and the study of God’s Word. These gatherings reflected a growing burden to strengthen believers and encourage unity among churches and ministry leaders.
In 2023, the Lord opened a new door through the first Royal Crown conference in Florida. What started as a step of faith has grown into an ongoing ministry effort dedicated to equipping churches, encouraging leaders, and fostering collaboration among pastors, ministers, and believers from different backgrounds, all working together for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Today, through Royal Crown Ministries Corp., the ministry continues to serve North Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico through conferences, discipleship opportunities, children’s ministry initiatives, leadership development, and community outreach. Particular emphasis has been placed on developing Royal Crown Children’s Ministry in both Puerto Rico and North Carolina, investing in the next generation and helping young people establish a strong biblical foundation.
As the ministry continues to grow, Zenaida remains committed to following God’s direction, trusting Him to expand the work according to His perfect will and purpose. In 2026, Royal Crown Ministries celebrates one year as a registered nonprofit organization while continuing the vision God has entrusted to unite, equip, and encourage the Body of Christ.
Alongside her ministry calling, Zenaida treasures her family. She has been married since 2015 to her husband, a faithful man of God and a medically retired Major who honorably served the United States through four years in the Navy and twelve years in the Marine Corps. Together, they are blessed with five adult children, eight grandchildren, and two beloved dogs.
Although she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Regent University and serves as an ordained minister and chaplain, Zenaida’s greatest desire is not personal recognition but faithful obedience to God’s call. Her prayer is to see lives transformed by the Gospel, churches strengthened, leaders encouraged, and future generations prepared to serve Christ with wisdom, integrity, and love.

Angel Jomar Diaz Quiñones

Evangelist Angel Jomar Diaz Quiñones is an active member of Royal Crown Fellowship and serves as Vice President of the Board for Royal Crown Ministries Corp. Since answering God’s call to ministry, he has faithfully dedicated himself to evangelism, discipleship, and serving the Body of Christ alongside ministry leaders across multiple communities.
Ordained as an Evangelist on November 8, 2025, Angel has demonstrated a passion for sharing the Gospel, encouraging believers in their faith, and supporting the vision God has entrusted to Royal Crown Ministries. He works closely with President Zenaida Batiste in advancing the ministry’s mission of equipping churches, uniting believers, and expanding Kingdom work throughout North Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
Known for his servant’s heart and commitment to biblical truth, Angel continues to answer God’s call through outreach, leadership development, and ministry service, trusting the Lord to guide each step for His glory.

Ana Díaz Ordonez

Ana Díaz is a devoted wife, mother, and follower of Christ who has been blessed to grow in the Christian faith since childhood. From an early age, she discovered that worship through song was a powerful expression of her love and gratitude to the Lord. Since then, praising God through music has remained one of the greatest joys of her life.
At the age of twelve, Ana publicly affirmed her faith through baptism, taking a step of obedience and commitment to follow Jesus Christ. Since that time, she has sought to serve the Lord with a willing heart, faithfully supporting the ministries and opportunities God has placed before her.
Ana’s desire is to continue being an instrument in God’s hands, allowing her life, worship, and service to reflect His love and bring glory to His name. She is passionate about encouraging others through her testimony and remains committed to advancing God’s kingdom wherever He leads.

Cherlin I Padilla Gerena

Cherlin Padilla is a dedicated servant of Christ and an active member of Iglesia Cristiana Menonita El Buen Pastor in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Héctor M. Lugo Vázquez and Revda. Sandra Jiménez. Since giving her life to the Lord and being baptized, she has faithfully served both her local church and ministry outreach efforts with a heart for excellence and service.
In 2023, Cherlin joined the vision of ministry outreach and community engagement, becoming an important part of efforts that strengthened relationships, encouraged participation, and helped expand ministry opportunities within the community. Through her commitment and enthusiasm, she played a key role in connecting individuals and families to ministry programs and outreach initiatives.
Her passion for serving is especially evident through her work with children's ministry and community outreach projects in Puerto Rico. She has worked alongside ministry leaders to support programs that invest in the next generation, including Back-to-School initiatives that have impacted children and families through practical support, encouragement, and the sharing of God's love.
Cherlin is recognized for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to serve wherever needed. Whether coordinating hospitality, overseeing event logistics, preparing facilities, organizing decorations, supporting kitchen operations, or ensuring guests are cared for, she consistently works behind the scenes to help ministry events operate smoothly and effectively.
Today, she serves as Director of Hospitality and Logistics for Royal Crown Ministries Corp. and as a member of the Board of Directors, working alongside ministry leadership to advance the vision God has entrusted to the organization. Her desire is simple: to serve the Lord faithfully, support the work of the ministry, and help create an environment where people can experience the love and presence of Christ.

Administrative Secretary | Board Member
Racheal Morris serves as Executive Secretary of Royal Crown Ministries Corp., supporting ministry leadership, administration, and community outreach with dedication, compassion, and a heart for serving Christ.
Raised in the Christian faith, Racheal is the granddaughter of Rev. Héctor M. Lugo and Revda. Sandra Jiménez of Iglesia Cristiana Menonita El Buen Pastor in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. Their legacy of faith and service helped shape her spiritual foundation. In August 2023, she publicly reaffirmed her commitment to Christ through baptism in North Carolina.
Professionally, Racheal serves as a Family Resource Partner with the Child First program at Coastal Horizons Center and is pursuing a Master of Social Work. Her passion for supporting children and families reflects her desire to bring healing, encouragement, and hope to those facing life's challenges.
Through her role at Royal Crown Ministries, Racheal seeks to combine her faith, education, and experience to strengthen families, serve communities, and reflect Christ's love wherever God leads her.
